Withings does meet our Minimum Security Standards. And any data they collect on you, they say will not be shared out with any third parties. This is all very good, because these scales collect some very personal information and share that data to your phone.

Scale looks high end, packaging was fantastic! It encourages me to want to track my weight because of ease of use/ pairing. I have been using the Withings scale for a month now and have found it to be highly accurate. I enjoy the added feature of calculating my BMI and then giving me the weather forecast to help me plan my day. The design of the scale is sleek and modern and the addition of the feet on the bottom of the scale allows me to weigh myself on carpets or on hard floor surfaces. The app which connects to the scale is very user friendly and allows me to track my food intake for every meal.

I received this scale because I am in a program with my health insurance. I didn't know anything about these scales at all. I'm blown away that a scale can do so many things. Its sturdy. Looks great, easy to program and I love it. Purchase the one you really want, you won't be disappointed.

The Body Scale is the most accurate scale I have ever owned! It’s attractive and is easy to read. I love that it not only shows your weight but also BMI, weight loss and even the weather report. It’s great because I know what to expect if I exercise outside. It’s the best scale on the market in my opinion.

I have been using the Withings Scale for a number of weeks now. I have been on a serious weight loss journey ever since my brother died of diabetes complications last year. So far coupled with a healthy diet and exercise I have managed to lose 23Kgs. Now this is clearly not down to the scale alone, but it certainly has given me a far greater picture of my weight loss so far. I have a far greater in-site into my body since purchasing the Withings scale that twice a day I jump on the scale and no matter what the measurement, I’am encouraged to keep going on my journey. Once upon a time it was considered bad to measure your weight on a scale regularly. To me it feels like the very best idea overall. The Health Mate App encourages me, and gives me a great snapshot of my goals, more than any other App currently does. This scale along with the app really helps me to keep track of my health daily. I love the scale itself as it gives an accurate weight and also shows my BMI. It also lets me know if I have gained or lost weight compared to the previous weigh in. All these tools have helped me to be more aware and and to keep me on track with my weight loss goals. The app is easy to use and gives me a snapshot of my overall health. I will not be going back to ordinary scales from now on!

Subsequently I purchased a Withings BPM Connect which also provided flawless recordkeeping of my blood pressure. Sadly, the Body scale has gone brain-dead of late and despite uninstalling/re-installing the app, I still must transfer my daily measurements to the app manually. I hate this.
