For the Body Smart launch, we offer two introductory Withings+ subscription plans (1)(2):
- Open-ended subscription with monthly payment: 1 free month of Withings+, then 9.95€/month (3)
- Fixed term subscription with annual payment: 1 free month of Withings+, then 99,5€/year (corresponding to 8,29€/month) (4)
The 1-month trial period begins upon product installation, using the Withings mobile application.
(1) These introductory offers are not mandatory to use Body Smart. By selecting one of these offers, you agree to conclude a subscription contract with Withings for the Withings+ service with the terms and conditions described below and our General Terms and Conditions of Sales. The contract will start when you install Body Smart using the Withings mobile application.
(2) Offer reserved for new Withings+ subscribers only (any person not subscribed to Withings+ service during the last twelve (12) months).
(3) Right after the 1-month trial period, the monthly payment starts and you will be automatically charged 9.95€ (or $9.95 or £8.95) per month.
(4) Right after the 1-month trial period, the annual payment starts and you will be automatically charged 99.5€ (or $99.5 or £89.5) per year.

Withings+ Protect: Premium Support
As a Withings+ member, you benefit from Withings+ Protect(*), a premium warranty coverage included with your active paid membership.
What's included with Withings+ Protect:
Extended Warranty — Withings+ Protect covers defects in materials and workmanship beyond the legal conformity warranty period provided by law, for as long as your paid Withings+ membership remains active (**).Fast-track premium customer support — your warranty requests are handled by a dedicated support queue, with a target response within one (1) business dayAdvanced replacement — upon approval of your claim, a replacement voucher is issued immediately so you can order your new device without waiting for the defective product to be returnedDirect handling by Withings — even if your product was purchased through an authorized retailer, you deal directly with Withings for your warranty claim, with no need to go through the original point of saleProtection for your existing devices — when you activate Withings+ Protect with a new device, all other eligible Withings products (***) on your account that are still within their legal conformity warranty period are also included(*) Withings+ Protect covers “new product purchases” meaning after the launch date of the offering: 23 April 2026.
(**) Withings+ Protect is available only while you hold an active, paid Withings+ Membership. If your membership is cancelled or expires, Withings+ Protect coverage will end at the same time. Complimentary or promotional memberships do not qualify. Withings+ Protect applies in addition to your statutory warranty rights, which remain unaffected. During the legal warranty period, your statutory rights continue to apply in full. Beyond that period, Withings+ Protect provides continued coverage for defects in materials and workmanship under the terms of this commercial warranty. Coverage is limited to defects in materials and workmanship — accidental damage, loss, theft, cosmetic wear and normal battery depletion are not covered. (***) Eligible Withings products are Withings-branded Connected Devices sold by Withings or any authorized reseller, to the exclusion of: 1. Withings products for which the legal conformity warranty has expired at the Date of Protection of the Commercial Warranty. 2. Refurbished Withings products. 3. Withings products purchased second-hand. 4. Withings products received as a replacement under any legal conformity warranty, unless the replaced Withings products were already Protected Withings Products at the time of replacement. 5. Withings products received by the user without a direct retail transaction, specifically including products provided via Withings Health Solutions or corporate wellness programs, products received through clinical studies, insurance partnerships, or any other monitoring programs, and promotional units, contest prizes, or “Not For Resale” (NFR) inventory; 6.
