On October 1st, 2022, the prices of some, but not all, of our devices will increase. We feel it is important to inform you of this now and share the reasons.
An unprecedented global context
We are proud to be a health tech company that has developed and delivered innovative products for over 14 years, progressing our mission to empower users to improve their health.
Since the Covid-19 pandemic, costs of our raw materials, electronic components and transport have substantially increased.
For example, since 2020 some of our components, such as the microcontroller in Body Cardio, have increased by 20% and the transportation costs by more than 200% since the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis.
Until now, we did not pass on any of these increases to our customers. We are now faced with a well-established semiconductor shortage driving further increases until at least 2023 and have therefore decided to increase the selling price of some of our products.
Products affected
The price increase scheduled for October 1st will only apply to Body Cardio, Sleep Analyzer, BPM Connect and the 38mm ScanWatch models. You can browse our full catalog below.
