Zur Einführung der Body Smart bieten wir zwei Withings+ Einstiegsabonnements an (1)(2) :
- Unbefristetes Abonnement mit monatlicher Zahlung: 1 kostenlose Monate Withings+, danach 9,95 € pro Monat (3)
- Befristetes Abonnement mit jährlicher Zahlung: 1 kostenlose Monate Withings+, dann 99,50 € pro Jahr (entspricht 8,29 € pro Monat) (4)
Die 1-monatige Probezeit beginnt mit der Installation des Produkts über die mobile Withings App.
Diese Einführungsangebote sind nicht verpflichtend für die Nutzung der Body Smart. Durch die Auswahl eines dieser Angebote erklären Sie sich damit einverstanden, mit Withings einen Abonnementvertrag für den Withings+ Service zu den unten beschriebenen Bedingungen und unseren Allgemeinen Verkaufsbedingungen abzuschließen. Der Vertrag beginnt mit der Installation der Body Smart über die mobile Withings App.
(2) Das Angebot gilt ausschließlich für neue Withings+ Abonnenten (alle Personen, die in den letzten zwölf (12) Monaten keinen Withings+ Dienst abonniert haben).
(3) Unmittelbar nach der 1-monatigen Probezeit beginnt die monatliche Bezahlung, und Sie werden automatisch mit 9,95 € (oder $9,95 oder £8,95) pro Monat belastet.
(4) Unmittelbar nach der 1-monatigen Probezeit beginnt die jährliche Bezahlung, und Sie werden automatisch mit 99,50 € (oder $99,50 oder £89,50) pro Jahr belastet.
Sie können das Abonnement jederzeit nach dem in unseren Allgemeinen Verkaufssbedingungen beschriebenen Verfahren kündigen.
Withings+ Protect: Premium Support
As a Withings+ member, you benefit from Withings+ Protect(*), a premium warranty coverage included with your active paid membership.
What's included with Withings+ Protect:
Extended Warranty — Withings+ Protect covers defects in materials and workmanship beyond the legal conformity warranty period provided by law, for as long as your paid Withings+ membership remains active (**).Fast-track premium customer support — your warranty requests are handled by a dedicated support queue, with a target response within one (1) business dayAdvanced replacement — upon approval of your claim, a replacement voucher is issued immediately so you can order your new device without waiting for the defective product to be returnedDirect handling by Withings — even if your product was purchased through an authorized retailer, you deal directly with Withings for your warranty claim, with no need to go through the original point of saleProtection for your existing devices — when you activate Withings+ Protect with a new device, all other eligible Withings products (***) on your account that are still within their legal conformity warranty period are also included(*) Withings+ Protect covers “new product purchases” meaning after the launch date of the offering: 23 April 2026.
(**) Withings+ Protect is available only while you hold an active, paid Withings+ Membership. If your membership is cancelled or expires, Withings+ Protect coverage will end at the same time. Complimentary or promotional memberships do not qualify. Withings+ Protect applies in addition to your statutory warranty rights, which remain unaffected. During the legal warranty period, your statutory rights continue to apply in full. Beyond that period, Withings+ Protect provides continued coverage for defects in materials and workmanship under the terms of this commercial warranty. Coverage is limited to defects in materials and workmanship — accidental damage, loss, theft, cosmetic wear and normal battery depletion are not covered. (***) Eligible Withings products are Withings-branded Connected Devices sold by Withings or any authorized reseller, to the exclusion of: 1. Withings products for which the legal conformity warranty has expired at the Date of Protection of the Commercial Warranty. 2. Refurbished Withings products. 3. Withings products purchased second-hand. 4. Withings products received as a replacement under any legal conformity warranty, unless the replaced Withings products were already Protected Withings Products at the time of replacement. 5. Withings products received by the user without a direct retail transaction, specifically including products provided via Withings Health Solutions or corporate wellness programs, products received through clinical studies, insurance partnerships, or any other monitoring programs, and promotional units, contest prizes, or “Not For Resale” (NFR) inventory; 6.
