Check the circumference indicated on the cuff for proper sizing. Does it match your arm circumference?

Place the cuff 2-3 cm above the bend of your elbow for accurate positioning.

Q&A
Does BPM Vision measure anything besides blood pressure?
BPM Vision can also measure your heart rate. Currently, the ECG and atrial fibrillation detection features are only available in EU countries, excluding the United Kingdom and Switzerland. In these eligible countries, the device is fully compatible with the Cardio Check-Up service.
How does the ECG feature work on BPM Vision?
Simply place your fingers on the two electrodes during your blood pressure measurement. BPM Vision captures a single-lead ECG and detects AFib in just 30 seconds, all in one seamless session.
What heart conditions can BPM Vision detect?
BPM Vision automatically detects atrial fibrillation (AFib), the most common heart arrhythmia worldwide. For deeper insights, certified cardiologists can analyze your ECG to identify 15+ different arrhythmias. This is part of the Cardio Check-Up service, included in Withings+.
How accurate are the measurements?
BPM Vision is CE marked, ensuring clinically validated accuracy.
How does the color-coded results display work?
Your results are categorized based on official EU hypertension guidelines.
Is BPM Vision compatible with iOS and Android?
Yes! The Withings app is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play) and syncs with:

Do I need a Withings account to use BPM Vision?
Yes, you'll need to create a Withings account to set up and track your readings through the Withings App.
How do I take a measurement with BPM Vision?
- 1. To get the best angle of reading, ensure your BPM remains in its case.
- 2. Press the ON/OFF button.
- 3. Select your user.
- 4. Choose your measurement: single or X3 consecutive.
Do I need to be connected to my phone to use BPM Vision?
No! You only need your phone once for the initial setup. After that, as long as your phone is connected to Wi-Fi, your measurements will sync automatically.
Can BPM Vision be used without the app?
Yes, 16 measures can be stored in between two synchronizations. But keep in mind: you can see your immediate results on the device; you won’t be able to track your full data history or trends without the app.
What cuff size is included? Are additional sizes available?
The standard cuff is included in the box. An XL cuff is available for larger arms:
