Withings Accepted into CMS ACCESS Model, Expanding Technology-Enabled Chronic Care for Medicare Beneficiaries

Withings joins the inaugural ACCESS cohort, bringing over a decade of connected health expertise and a proven health system partnership model to Medicare's new era of value-based chronic care.

Boston, MA – April 20, 2026 — Withings, the global leader in connected health, announced that it has been accepted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for the inaugural cohort of the ACCESS Model. Withings will participate in both the Early Cardio-Kidney-Metabolic (eCKM) and Cardio-Kidney-Metabolic (CKM) clinical tracks across all 50 states and will begin enrolling Medicare beneficiaries when ACCESS launches on July 5, 2026.

ACCESS represents a meaningful step forward for Medicare, introducing outcome-aligned payment and patient choice into chronic care at national scale. Withings will join ACCESS as both a participant and a device partner to other participants.

A Connected Device Partner for Other ACCESS Participants 

Withings will also make its connected device ecosystem available through the ACCESS Tools Directory, enabling other ACCESS participants to leverage the same FDA-cleared, cellular-enabled devices in their own programs. This includes BPM Pro 2, a cellular blood pressure monitor engineered for value-based care, combining the capture of both clinical measurements and patient-reported outcomes at the point of reading.
