Withings products received as a replacement under any legal conformity warranty, unless the replaced Withings products were already Protected Withings Products at the time of replacement. 5. Withings products received by the user without a direct retail transaction, specifically including products provided via Withings Health Solutions or corporate wellness programs, products received through clinical studies, insurance partnerships, or any other monitoring programs, and promotional units, contest prizes, or “Not For Resale” (NFR) inventory; 6.
