Withings Medical is a clinician-led chronic care program designed to help eligible Medicare patients manage cardio-kidney-metabolic (CKM) conditions through continuous monitoring, guideline-directed treatment, and ongoing clinical support.
Built as part of the CMS ACCESS Model, the program does not replace the care you already provide. Your patients remain under your care while receiving additional support from the Withings Medical clinical team between visits.

What is Withings Medical?
Withings Medical is a clinical care service that combines:
- A dedicated clinical care team
- Connected, clinical-grade health monitoring
- Medication management, when appropriate

The program is designed to work alongside a patient's existing primary care physician or specialist, providing additional touchpoints while keeping providers informed throughout the patient's care journey. A dedicated medical director and team of nurse practitioners monitor patient readings and support care plan adherence, extending the reach of the patient's existing care team.

Get paid up to $30 per care update review through Co-Management Payment, plus $10 for initial onboarding support. Payments are available up to three times per patient per year, with no added cost-sharing burden for your patients.
