Is Lingo right for me?

If you want to understand your metabolism and learn how to transform the way you feel, then Lingo is 100% for you. Lingo is available as an over-the-counter glucose biosensor, or OTC continuous glucose monitor, and does not require a prescription to purchase. Lingo is intended for users 18 and older, not on insulin.

The Lingo program does not guarantee that everyone will achieve the same results as individual responses may vary. Consult your healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or exercise regimen or if you have an eating disorder or a history of eating disorders.

Don’t use if you have problematic hypoglycemia: The Lingo Biosensor hasn’t been designed for this population. Consult with your healthcare provider to discuss which Abbott product is right for you.

What are the benefits of using a CGM?

Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems provide detailed information about real-time glucose levels, glucose fluctuations, and other glucose-specific metrics, helping you better understand lifestyle factors like food, exercise and stress which can impact these metrics.

Do I need a prescription for Lingo?

No, you do not need a prescription to purchase Lingo.

Lingo is available on withings.com as an over-the-counter glucose biosensor, or OTC continuous glucose monitor, and does not require a prescription to purchase.
