The Pulse HR is tantamount to folding all your clothes into Swiss Roles Marie Kondo-style. It’s dull, but there are blatant benefits.

Withings Pulse performs very well in terms of battery performance relative to other fitness tracker brands.

It's best suited to those who want to track their daily steps, calories and heart rate rather than drill down into their exercise sessions.

...if you want a waterproof fitness tracker that will factor in your swim time as part of your day's activity, then the Pulse HR could well have appeal.

Its a great premium tracker. It allows me to easily change the wristband, so I can change the look of my tracker as well! It tracks my daily steps, calories and heart rate, but also it tracks various different exercise sessions with a battery which lasts up to 2 weeks. Furthermore, I can easily connect it to my Health Mate app on my phone. For me the biggest advantage comparted to the other Withings watches, which I also have, is that on special occasions I can wear the Pulse HR on one wrist and my precious vintage watch on the other without loosing the tracking of my daily activities!

I use this HR watch with Withings scales. The watch is great for basic HR tracking but doesn't always record my most strenuous workouts accurately. Often it will mistake sitting up in bed reading with lying down to go to sleep, so I have to regularly adjust the sleep data. More powerful analytics in the cloud could surely spot that (for example) if I'm checking my phone before I go to sleep, then probably I'm not asleep. The biggest challenge with HR data is the lack of decent integration with Strava or Zwift. I can upload a photo of my workout, but not the HR data that helps me track my fitness in 3rd party apps

The battery life is good - around 28 days. Sleep accuracy not bad but usually have to edit the falling asleep and waking up times as these aren't accurate. Otherwise helps me to see how much sleep and what quality sleep I had. It doesn't sync to Myfitnesspal which is a shame.

Love counting my steps daily, because of my age I need to stay as active as I can for health reasons. I love that I can sync my withings scale and pulse hr to get better results.
