How Much is Shipping?

Once you've entered your shipping address, shipping costs are calculated and added to your cart.

Shipping is free for orders from €115 (or £99) for eligible addresses.
Please note that free shipping does not include customs duties and fees.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in Europe and North America. A list of countries is available below with the estimated shipping time.

Please note that we do not deliver in the following areas:
Germany: Heligoland, Büsingen – Spain : Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands – France : Mayotte, Saint Pierre-et-Miquelon, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, French Polynesia, The French territories in Australasia and on the Antarctic – Finland : Åland Islands – Greece : Mount Athos – Italy : Livigno, Campione, San Marin, Vatican, The Italian waters of Lake Lugano - United Kingdom : Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), Gibraltar

Delivery is not available to these destinations: Ukraine, Belarus, Iceland, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Cyprus, Faroe Is., Andorra, Malta, Guernsey, San Marino, Gibraltar, Monaco, Vatican City.

How much time will it take to receive my order?

Please consider the following things while you wait for your order:

• Shipment estimations are counted in Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
• Shipping starts the day you get a "Your order has shipped" email.
• You have to add processing time and shipping time to get an estimate of the amount of days it will take to get your package at your door.
• If you order several products, they will be shipped in one package.

Processing time

We send your order to our logistics center as soon as possible after your order. While most orders are sent in 24-48h following an order, it can take up to 3 Business Days to process. If your order has not been shipped after 3 Business Days following your order, please contact Support.

Some products can be longer to process than 3 days. In such cases, and for preorders, a note will be displayed on the product details page, before checkout. Remember that your order will be sent in one package, when all products will be ready for shipment.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. All shipment methods have tracking enabled. You will get a link to track your package as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
