FAQ

What are HSA and FSA?

A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) lets you set aside money from your paycheck before taxes to spend on qualifying health expenses. Because those dollars were never taxed, buying an eligible device with them saves you your tax rate — an average of about 30%.

A Health Savings Account (HSA) works much the same way at checkout, with one difference: HSA funds are yours to keep and roll over year after year, so there's no deadline to spend them. Either way, you're paying for your health with money that goes further.

Are all Withings products HSA/FSA eligible?

Almost all are! The only exceptions are ScanWatch Nova Brilliant and U-Scan.

What if my HSA/FSA card is declined at checkout?

Remove any ineligible items or pay with a regular card (which is mandatory if you put a Withings+ subscription with your device) and submit for reimbursement afterward.

Can I buy Withings products as gifts using FSA/HSA?

Only for yourself or your dependents (per IRS rules).

How do returns work if I used an FSA/HSA card?

Refund goes back to the original payment method. Contact your FSA/HSA provider if you need to adjust a claim.

When is the FSA deadline?

Most plans end December 31. HSAs have no deadline. Check with your employer.

Where do I get my receipt for reimbursement?

Log into your Withings account → Orders → Download detailed receipt. Or contact our customer support.
