Personal Caregiver is built on the iMedic8 platform, available since 2010 in the App store, it is designed to help Patients and Caregivers manage medication regimens and improve adherence. We've extended the platform with Withings weight and blood pressure tools and Patients ability to collect personal observations along with an easy to use data visualization tool to support collaborative care between Patients and Providers.
